LHX Attack Chopper erkennt Joystick nicht...

Hallo

Gestern hatte ich mal wieder Lust auf LHX Attack Chopper, eigentlich spiele ich es in der DOS Box, aber wozu hat man einen Retro PC?! Ich brachte es auch unter Windows 98SE zum laufen im Kompatibilitätsmodus. VGA, AdLib Sound...alles da.
Nur meinen Joystick (Logitech Wingman Extreme) erkennt es nicht!

Angeschlossen ist er an meiner Audigy 2 ZS via Gameport Slotblech, komischerweise erkennt Win 98 den Joystick, auch mit dem Tool "JTUNER" vom Spiel konnte ich den Wingman einwandfrei kalibrieren. Doch sobald ich im Spiel bin, ist Essig... Auch via Menu den Joystick anwählen schlägt fehl, es geht immer auf die Maus zurück.

Hat jemand eine Idee woran es liegen könnte?

Im LHX Handbuch wird noch das Tool JTUNER.EXE erwähnt. Vielleicht hilft dir das?

NOTES ON JOYSTICKS

In case LHX Attack Chopper does not detect your joystick, select JOYSTICK from the
Control Menu. When you exit the program, your joystick setting is saved to disk so you
don't have to reselect it again the next time.

CENTERING YOUR JOYSTICK

LHX Attack Chopper comes with a joystick tuning program called JTUNER.EXE. Use it
to realign your joystick as described here.

1. Follow steps 1 and 2 in STARTING LHX ATTACK CHOPPER as described in the
manual.

2. Type JTUNER and press Enter.

3. When the main menu appears, press the up or down cursor key to highlight your
choice. Then press Enter.

Vielleicht muss man den joystick in der dosbox Konfigurationsdatei einbinden.
